Electromagnetic Spectrum Song

Posted in AQA GCSE P1b, P1b: Electromagnetic Spectrum by Mr A on 10 Nov 2009

This song is extremely irritating. It’s one of those songs that gets stuck in your head, and you can’t ever get rid of it. A bit like a tumour. But that’s what’s so good about it! Because it gets stuck in your head, it’s a very good way of learning the order of waves in the Electromagnetic Spectrum.

Just listen to this song (and watch the video) once or twice, and you will forever know the correct sequence in the electromagnetic spectrum. The song starts with the highest wavelength (lowest frequency), and goes through the waves in order of decreasing wavelength (increasing frequency), from Radio Waves to Gamma Rays.
